After 14 years as an Attorney Adviser for the Social Security Administration and 11 years as a Career Law Clerk for a federal Magistrate Judge in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, Ms. Entin opened her Social Security disability law firm. During the course of her career, she has written thousands of Social Security disability decisions on behalf of the agency’s Administrative Law Judges, and also wrote continuing disability review decisions for the agency at the state level. As a federal Career Law Clerk, she handled all aspects of the Social Security appeals assigned to a federal Magistrate Judge in the Southern District of New York. Prior to this, she practiced litigation and insurance defense, mainly writing federal court briefs.


Ms. Entin's practice focuses on all stages of social security disability cases, including Social Security Disability Insurance benefits (SSDI), Supplemental Security Income benefits (SSI), Child Supplemental Security Income benefits, and Age 18 redetermination cases. Ms. Entin is a Sustaining Member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimant Representatives (NOSSCR).
